In 2018, I took a 3 month sabbatical to travel through South America. In 2022/23, I took a "gap year" where I spent 4 months in Australia, 2 months in New Zealand, 1 month in Indonesia and spent 9 weeks overlanding from Cape Town to Nairobi! Those are the types of trips I love to write about.
